Your account profile, identifiers, messages and uploads, learning activity, preferences and access credentials under our control. Our team also removes associated personal data from the services we use. Only records legally required to be retained may remain, with restricted use.
Deletion is completed within 30 days. We send confirmation to your registered contact details when it is done; you do not need to reply or contact support. If your school record includes legally required information, the confirmation explains what was retained and why.
